Good Morning Friends,

This week I stumbled across something that made me smile because it doesn't require a supplement, a gadget, or a complicated routine.

It's called an "Awe Walk."

The idea is simple.
Take a short walk and intentionally look for something that fills you with wonder.

It could be a sunrise.
A cloud formation.
A flower growing through a crack in the sidewalk.
The laughter of a child.
A bird soaring overhead.

Anything that reminds you that life is bigger than your worries.
Researchers have found that regularly experiencing awe can help reduce stress,
improve emotional well-being, and create a greater sense of connection. Some studies
even suggest it may positively influence markers associated with healthy aging.

As I reflected on this, I realized that many of us spend our days focused on problems,
deadlines, and responsibilities. We become so busy managing life that we forget to
notice it.

Yesterday I tried this myself.
I took a short walk with no destination and no agenda. I simply looked around with fresh
eyes.
What surprised me wasn't what I saw.
It was how I felt.
Calmer.
Lighter.

More present.
For a few minutes, my mind stopped rehearsing the future and revisiting the past.
I was simply here.
Today's challenge is easy.
Take a 10-minute Awe Walk.
Leave your phone in your pocket.
Walk slowly.
Look up.
Look around.

Allow yourself to be surprised by something beautiful.
You don't have to find anything extraordinary.
Often the extraordinary is hiding inside the ordinary.
