Lately I’ve been paying closer attention to how much our bodies are affected by light.
Not just sunlight and screen light but healing light too.
I recently started reading more about red light therapy, and what interested me most
wasn’t the hype around it—it was the idea that the body may respond positively to
certain natural wavelengths of light in a very gentle way.
The science behind it is still evolving, but many people use red light therapy to support:

• recovery

• sleep
